Our Approach
Our Approach to Law Firm SEO
This is how Affirmed Digital works with UK solicitors, law firms and barristers' chambers: a free audit first, then agreed work, then monthly reporting.
The work is led by Rich Voller, founder of Affirmed Digital.
How an Engagement Runs
Every firm is different, so the work is shaped to the firm. The stages below are how an engagement usually goes.
Request the Free Audit
You tell us about your firm: its name, its website and, if you like, your biggest marketing challenge. A senior team member then reviews the site in a legal context, using publicly available information and Affirmed's own analysis tools. It looks at technical foundations, local visibility, trust signals and content against competitors. No credentials or backend access are needed.
The audit is free, with no obligation, and comes as a written report and a recorded video walkthrough. You receive the written report and recorded video within 3 to 5 business days. Request the free audit to begin.
Agree Priorities and Scope
The audit sets out what to fix or build first, and it decides where the work starts. Scope and fee follow it, shaped around the firm's practice areas, offices, competition and site health.
Work runs as a retainer, a project or both. See pricing for how this works.
Do the Work
The work follows what the audit points to. It can include technical SEO, local SEO, content strategy, digital PR, SEO audits and website migrations where needed.
Affirmed plans and drafts content, and the firm signs off. A senior contact leads the engagement. The law firm SEO overview shows how the services fit together.
Review Every Month
Reporting is monthly. It covers the work done, enquiries and their quality, and the searches and pages behind them, with next steps agreed with the firm and fed into the work. Monthly reporting has the detail.
What Guides the Work
Written for the People Searching
Practice area pages and guides are built around what clients actually ask. They are written to be read by people, not only found by search engines.
Led by What the Evidence Shows
Recommendations come from the firm's own site and the search results, not from a standard package. Every firm starts from a different place, so recommendations differ too.
Rules Cited, Firm Signs Off
Every strategy cites the SRA and BSB publicity rules where they apply. The firm signs off what goes live, and the firm stays responsible for its own publicity.
Reporting and Technology
Monthly reporting is built around enquiries and what search brought the firm. It uses the firm's own GA4 and Search Console data with read-only access, plus enquiry information the firm chooses to share.
Affirmed uses StoneGhost, our proprietary software for studying legal search.
The Affirmed Digital Dashboard
Clients receive access to a custom reporting dashboard consolidating data from multiple sources into a single, intuitive interface. This provides 24/7, on-demand view of performance against business growth KPIs, connecting specific activities to measurable outcomes.
Start with the Free Audit
Every engagement starts with the free law firm SEO audit. Tell us about your firm and see what the report says about the site. If you would rather ask a question first, contact Affirmed.
